Cheerleading Text Alerts

For the 2017-2018 season, we will be using the text alerts through the NLSD Athletics Website!
You must go onto the website and sign up for the text alerts.
This is how all communication will be regarding cancellations of practices or changes of a practice time.
You will also get reminders of when you will need to be there for any extra event we are having!

2016-2017 Cheerleading Tryouts - Basketball & Wrestling

The Northern Lehigh Cheerleaders will be holding tryouts for this years 2016-2017 basketball and wrestling season.
Tryouts are November 8, November 10, and November 21.
On November 8th and Novemeber 10th, practices will be held in the Slatington Elementary from 7-8:30 pm.
Tryouts on November 21st will be held in the HS Lobby from 6-8:30 pm.
If you or anyone is interested in trying out, please sign up on the sheet in the lobby.
2017-2018 Cheerleading Tryouts

!Attention to all that may be interested!
The Northern Lehigh Cheerleaders will be holding cheerleading tryouts for the 2017-2018 football, basketball, and wrestling seasons.
The dates of the tryouts are as follows;
June 6th from 6 - 7:30 pm
?June 13th from 6 - 7:30 pm
June 15th from 6 - 8:30 pm
On the 6th and 13th, you will learn the material that you will have to demonstrate at tryouts.
On June 15th, you will have your tryout and tryout in front of the judges as well as the coaches.

Athletic Awards Night

Just a reminder that our athletic awards night is on March 7th beginning at 6:30 pm in the HS!
You are to arrive at 6 pm and be seated with your team.
You do have to dress nicely; that means no cleavage, no jeans, yoga pants, leggings, sneakers, etc.
This event is MANDATORY!

Colonial League Competition

The Northern Lehigh Cheerleaders will be entering the Colonial League Competition on Wednesday Novemeber 9, 2016. The competition begins at 6 pm at Catasauqua High School.
They will perform their routine in front of the crowds from all around our league!
Please come out and show your support for your Northern Lehigh Cheerleaders!
NL Earns 5 All-Americans

The Northern Lehigh Cheerleaders held their UCA Cheer Camp July 27-July 29 at the HS gymnasium. There they learned dances, stunts, cheers, chants, crowd raisers, and so much more.
The girls had signed up to tryout for the All-American squad and were to perform in front of their coaches and camp instructors.
There were 5 girls who made the team. They are Senior Jaelese Vargas, Senior Jocelyn Andino, Sophomore Rachel Nonnemacher, Sophomore Sophia Williams, and Sophomore Brittney Wertman.
We would like to congratulate all of the girls who tried out and especially to those who made the All-American Squad!
